The set up you posted works for a '69 as well right? I am pretty sure it does, but i just want to make sure.

No. That hood is for 67-68 only, the hood below works with 1969.

The 67-68 hood is flat to the grill. The 1969 has a raised bump in the hood that matches the grill.
