Howdy,

In the interest of removing weight from the front of my GTS I am considering the following caliper upgrade:

Has anyone used these? The price is stiff so I am doing as much research as possible before pulling the trigger.

Thanks for an insight you might have.

I should add that the car already has QA1 shocks and will shortly have QA1 UCA's, dynamic strut rods along with greasable poly pins. It has 60lb of linotype lead in the rear bumper too lol. Car is sorted out on scales when changes take place.

In the end I want to keep the stock style front brakes, spindles and LCA's. If I go 4.5 bc in the front I am afraid it will open a can of (buying new wheels) worms.

Im in a similar spot. Do you know the weight difference between the calipers?

Just something to consider...

Are the calipers street legal?

If you put them on and kill or injure someone and the calipers can be traced back to a cause you have big problems.

I like that they are a direct replacement.

I was tied up with work for the last 48 hours and did not get a chance to call SSB. When I checked the SSBC site this morning the price went up $100/se to $660 list price. That's $50 per caliper. I should have pulled that trigger lol

When you call them tell them that the price went up and will they honer the price you saw a few days ago.

You might be surprised
