Darts and Barracudas had different wheelbase in 1968. So, short answer is maybe. Could they be made to fit? Again, maybe. Trying to find 3 extra inches in Barracuda lines to fit a Dart might be troublesome. You could cut and insert a splice to get the extra length.
Like abodyjoe said, find out what they are supposed to fit and go from there.
 
Do you have the part numbers? Drum or disc brake?
 
I think you need to find a large box, like 12x36x36, and gently bend them on the longest straight parts to fit them in box.
I dont see them fitting in a tube without really straightening them out.

buying box big enough to fit lines plus shipping total cost 142.5
