My service manual says 2200-2300 but I know it can vary due to state of engine tune, health of engine, etc.. And if the factory did indeed install the proper converter when it went down the assembly line. If you have a tach you can get an idea what your converter is stalling out at. Just lock the brakes down hard as you can and torque it up to full throttle and see how high the tach goes. 2200 rpm = 2200 stall and so forth.
