Stalling at idle in gear

-
I set the timing when I first fired the engine back in May, never touched it and it's stayed the same no matter what the neutral engine speed has been, had it as low at 700 rpm about a month ago chasing this same stalling issue.
I'm 95% sure that it is not fuel or timing and that it is the converter. I got up 2 hours early and drove it around until it stalled this morning before work and felt the car tugging me forward when it was trying to stall as had been mentioned earlier. I got it home and had my father check the float level and fuel pressure as it was stalling in the driveway, both dead nuts on where they were supposed to be. Didn't have time to do anything else as I had to get to work.

Btw, my 2000 Mustang V6 has an approximately 300 RPM drop from park to drive as does my dad's 2002 Grand Cherokee I6. I know it's comparing apples to oranges, but it may just be normal?

Thanks again guys
