I need a couple of 360 cam bearings and main bearings, standard size on the mains. They don't even need to be new. Just in good enough shape to do a mock test.
I know your all probably wondering why somebody would want used cam and main bearings. Well I want to see just how much duration and lift is lost because of the bad lifter to pushrod angle on small blocks. Some guys say as much as .020 lift and 4 degrees is lost and others say it's only about half that so I'm going to do a through test and find out.
I have everything else. A block, cam, lifters, crank, timing set, heads, rockers and a degree wheel kit and dial indicator. Unfortunately I threw the bearings away last year when I stripped this block not thinking about needing them for doing this test.
I'm doing this for informational purposes only and will post my findings so it'll hopefully benefit others as well.
