Steel head gasket with aluminium heads

Hi, has anyone had any experience with using the Mopar .020" steel shim head gaskets with aluminium heads on a B or RB engine. These gaskets are great with iron heads but I haven't heard of anyone using them with Ed heads or similar.

A friend of mine used them with Ed heads and they seeped.

Use the Cometic MLS .027 x Exact bore size gaskets.
