Steel wheel rust pitting opinions

Should I abandon this wheel or continue to remove the pitting? Kill the rust and use filler?

With that said, may be looking for a 15 x 6.5 (LBP) stock steel wheel (4.25 inch backspace). If anyone has one or two sitting around that they want to get rid of let me know. I am located in San Jose, CA.
