small block with power steering, came factory with thompson pump, motor was pulled when I got it and did not have pump sould i just put firm feel manual or spend the 300 on the pump and brackets from yearone and taking the risk of having to rebuild the factory power steering gear box, real soon knowing my luck.

I say use the firm feel manual box...I just like the way a manual steering car feels
