Steering alignment help

So I replaced my ignition switch today, and when I put it back together, it does not steer fludily, and honks it's horn when I try to turn left. Do Dusters have a steering alignment point? Or no? Orr did I mark where it was supposed to go back on wrong? Please help!

It rubs a bit up top, but the real main concern is the unwanted honking.

My horn was going the same thing.

My problem was that the roller was dry and was sticking.
I lubed it with grease and also lubed the contact area on the
bottom side of the steering wheel.

make sure your snap ring is seated....sounds like the steering shaft is down in the tube too far.

Can the steering wheel be pulled & pushed in & out a wee bit? If so seat that snap ring.
