Just about finishing up a front discbrake conversion and replaced all steering components along with new bushing and qa1 upper control arms. My question is what should be tightened once the car is on wheels and what needs to be tightened beforehand. New to Mopars, Thanks in advance.

Back when these cars were in the shops regularly...I was always taught to fully tighten upper control arm bushings, leaf spring spools and shocks with weight on the cars wheels.
The rubber was supposed to be less twisted and stressed that way.
Only tighten top of shock absorber until rubber grommet is even with, or slightly larger than the washer diameter. Too many times the rubber gets crushed for no reason.
Ball joint nuts, pitman arms etc. can get fully tightened while suspended.
