I have a 68 Dart that I’m putting a manual transmission in which was an auto on the column before. My question is will a steering column out of a 64-66 A body with floor shift swap in? I have a few of them, but nothing floor shift from a 68. Thanks.

Not really. Very different set up.
I’d also check the length too.
You can make it fit, honestly almost anything will work with enough effort.

no, you'll be better off with the correct unit.

like @Syleng1 said, you can make it work, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

You already have a column that fits, is wired correctly for your year, and is the correct length (remember- in addition to the column shift automatic, column shift manual, and floor shift; there are also power steering/manual steering length variations of each-not to mention the ignition key being either in the column or dash...).
Take a look through the How To/Articles section of the forum- there's a couple of good threads on converting a column shift steering column into a floor shift version. And if you don't want to cut up your collar, there are vendors that sell a reproduction floor shift collar to aid in your conversion.

Just Mod the Column that you have!
I had a Three on th' Tree in my barracuda. I tore the linkages out of it and changed the Collar behind the Horn/Blinker Housing.
It's a lot cleaner of a look and only took a couple of parts to modify it.

Ah, Sorry I didn't see the 1968 part of this... my mistake. Your Profile Pic threw me off.

I started tearing into the 2 columns, looks like I should be able to combine the 2. The collar in the back section isn’t wide enough for the wiring to run through so I’ll have to put a hole in the column somewhere.
