steering column/firewall cover?

I am building a scamp for an older friend of mine and he was asking me about a cover that he had seen a while back but can't remember where it was or who made it?He thought it was aluminum,and it goes on the firewall(engine side)thats made where the column comes through the firewall.I was hoping that someone here might know where I can get one?
I have welded up the firewall and inner fenders to give this car a real nice clean look and he would like to cover up that area with one of these covers.
