Looking for this steering column plate without the clutch rod hole, I understand the auto cars didn’t have this hole? Any 64-65 a body should work.

2082962 was the Chrysler number for the 1965 clutch rod delete plug. That number was superseded to 2811825 which can be found on eBay. Also a reproduction is available from DMT and other Mopar vendors.
 
Pulled from a 1965 Barracuda automatic console on the floor car. This is not in the greatest condition. I lightened the photos up so we can get a better look at them. $10 plus medium flat rate box

I appreciate the offer but that’s a little more crusty than I’d like. It would probably be easy enough just to weld a patch in now that I’m thinking of it.
 
They sure changed a lot of stuff around back then... my '64, pushbutton, power steering Barracuda had a smaller firewall opening, and 2 plates with an o-ring sandwiched in between.
