[WANTED] Steering Coupler

Gentlemen, &(Ladies), im looking for a manual steering coupler, well, im not, but a very good freind of mine is for his Valiant, and it has been sitting for 20 plus years and ive had enough of it sitting, so im going to help him get it rolling, i have all the front end done but i need that coupler, so if anyone has one, let me know how much. I want to get this done before his birthday, which is in a couple of months.

I have a two piece swivel style one that is manual to 3/4" round rod if you could make that work.
