Truck OD is the best choice. Has both shifter pads. Minor mods like bearing retainer and shifter linkage is easy to deal with.

The truck OD should be a bolt in. You only have to change bearing retainer. Assuming 4.16 bolt circle, 4.807 rearing retainer diameter. If you have the 3.70 front bearing retainer bolt circle, 307 bearing main case, you need to change the main case also.
