Stock Or Swap?

Bought my 69 dart about 3 weeks ago now and noticed the wheel bolt patterns are different from front to rear, 5x4.5(front) and 5x4(rear). my car has disc brakes up front, do you think they are stock or swapped? here is a pic of the master cylinder and booster:

never came from the factory with different bolt patterns front and rear so some one put late model disks on the front

72 and back every A body was small bolt pattern, disc or drum, 5 on 4". From 73 to 76 all disc brake cars were 5 on 4-1/2" while drum brake cars remained 5 on 4".
You could have the rear axles and drums redrilled for 5 on 4-1/2" if you want to.
