Stock PCM/ Hotwire Harness control electric fans?

As the title says, I've got a 6.1L controlled by a stock PCM and tuned using HP tuners. The harness is a Hotwire harness. There's no wire as far as I can tell for fan output. I've got both fans on separate fuse and relays already just need a controller or the PCM to turn them on and off.

Can the PCM do this? Anyone know what pin it'd be?

From the factory the fans were controlled through the front control module. My plan is to use this to ground the relays to kick the fans on. should work fairly easily. They have one that kicks on at 195 and off at 175 and another that kicks on at 185 and off at 165.

I think I'm just going to use a fan controller and have it activate the relays I have already wired up.
