I have read so many threads on here about pinion angles and what they should be it confusing me. I have a 1972 Dart that will have a 340 followed by a A833. What should the stock pinion angle be on the rear end (8-3/4) The guy building my rear end wants to know where to weld the perches and I have no idea, I don't have the motor and tranny in yet. Please help!!

You need to have the motor and trans installed. Without that you have no "true" value to set pinion angle. A quick search through the forums will result some good info on this. I personally do not like to "set" my pinion angle without installing the rear, in other words, I install the rear without the perchs welded, I then adjust my pinion angle and tack the perchs in place, then remove rear to finish welding.
