I am wondering if my stock radiator in my 72 swinger that had a 318 but will have a 500 hp 416 will be able to stay cool? I would like to use the flex a lite 180 puller that summitt sells. I will be running a/c and auto tranny. The radiator is 19 x 22.

If that's a 2 core rad probably not, 3 core with a fan shroud should work.
