Stock replacement tires for 13" rims

There seem to be few 13 inch replacement tire options for early Valiants and Darts. I think that the size I need is P186 80R13; I see that Maxxis has one (the MA-1, $100 each). I also see this one from Lucas Tire for $59:

What do you think of that one? Do you have a fairly high profile 13" tire that you recommend?

Any line on a set of 4?
How about the Kumho Solus KR21 P185/70R13 85T (about $80 each) or the Toyo Extensa A/S P185/70R13 85S ($58 each plus $12 each shipping)? Most of the 13" tires out there in these sizes are trailer tires.
