Hi all,
I'm putting in my new mopar perf springs and chrome molly retainers, but the comp cam clips I got were single groove when my valves are double groove. The stock clips I have are new and I'm using those. Anyone see an issue with that? I'm using P4120249 springs and my cam is the stock 340 cam.

Thanks,
Stu

Single groove locks are for use with the aftermarket valves, just make sure the angle on your retainers match those of your locks.

Yup. And Comp has stock type locks too. You ordered/got the wrong ones.

Thanks guys. the stock had the same angle and fit very well in the comp retainers. I got the MRE cam package that included them.
