STOLEN: Factory 67 Hemi Belvedere R-O car Smith Brothers

I have just been alerted by phone by Phil Roar that "The Smith Brothers " 67 R-O car was stolen last night or early this morning from the trailer at their Groveport , Ohio shop. The car is black with red on the sides and is a NHRA & Ihra legal super stock car. Be on the look out.

Dang man. Is this the pushrod Smith Brothers? Sucks either way but I was just wonderin. I hope they find it on one piece.

Not the push rod brothers---but used to be involved with "The Rod Shop" many years ago. The theft has been on tv and Moparts.com has a good picture of it. It was a high dollar racer worth about $250,000.

The car was found tonight on Parsons Ave here in Columbus shortly after the news on tv. Happy day.
