Street demon air cleaner clearance.

Im looking at getting a new carb to replace my used and questionable edelbrock 600 cfm. It's going on a 5.9 magnum with air gap intake, headers, and exhaust. Motor is stock otherwise. I really like the look and design of the street demon and it comes in a 625 cfm. They're on sale right now so I'm ready to pull the trigger.

I spent $80 on the mopar cast air cleaner about a month ago. I would obviously like to be able to use it. So does anybody know if it'll fit the street demon?

Word of advice on that air cleaner, its not a drop base, so check your hood clearance, especially with the air gap. Unless this is in a truck or you have a scoop big enough. Mancini sells a drop base for it. Don't know about fitment to the Street Demon. The 650cfm Eddy AVS is a decent carb too.

If it does not fit, buy a cheap summit drop base air cleaner.
Just use the base.
