stuck e-brake cable...how to free it up?

anyone have any tricks on how to free up a seized e-brake cable? as of now i have it off the car and i've been soaking it down with PB Blaster.

I think you are doing it the right way...maybe try putting one end the vise and trying pulling on other end...back and forth....pb blaster is good stuff...they make other stuff called AIRKROYL....spelling isn't right but you get what it says....that is better...maybe advance has it it is an burnt orange can

Replace it. You can free it up with time and chemicals but it's just a matter of time before it is frozen again. By the time they freeze up the inner sheath is almost worn out anyway. Get a new one while you can and be done with it.
