whats the name of the peice where the wheel studs go into on the drum brakes? the holes in it are rounded out and need to replace!

If you're working on the front, it's called the hub. On the back, it's the axle.

You can weld them from the back in a pinch.....

A parts store probably won't have the hub available. A better bet would be a junk yard, ebay or the parts forum here.
