Bell housings different? Arent 727 sb kinda hard to find? I'm sure you've looked into it, but just in case.

Yes different bellhousing
Small block 727s are pretty plentiful due to the fact that any 70s van or pickup small block powered had them, same thing for a B or C body with a 360.

You can't have a mopar "posi"...but maybe a sure grip.
Why does that bother me when a mopar centre section is called a chev nickname?

I think it's ok if the Mopar Posi is behind a 727 Powerglide or a Turbo 904.
