Suggestions on fan shroud

I have a champion radiator with a 14 inch flexolite fan. What would be the best way for me to make a fan shroud to fit? I was thinking about roof flashing and bolting it to the radiator with the holes provided. Anybody run into the same prob? Not much room up there. thanks

Made one once from the top of a clothes dryer. Worked pretty well. If you run a shroud, look into ditching the flex fan and upgrading to a clutch type. A flex and shroud can block airflow at high rpm's

Roof flashing I would think is too flimsy. Swipe a stop sign. That's about right.

I also have a champion radiator....actually a 65 ford falcon 4-core fits perfectly centered in the 63 valiant w/a small filler panel fabricated on the drivers side. Building a shroud for it out of .090 aluminum & will polish it to match the polished radiator.
