Summit racing 750 vc opinions

Are these reliable carbs. I have this and a Holley 750 vc. Both need rebuilt. Does one have an advantage over the other in performance and reliability?

Check out the FST Carburetors in Summit Racing. In my eyes it is a good buy.

Reliability is good. I have your carb and used the Holley spreadbore version decades ago without issue. Good carb IMO.

Performance advantage? Depends on what carb you’re comparing it too. A racing carb? Or what your is, a street carb. Engine masters did an”Cheap Carb Shootout” where your Summit 750 VC w/choke came out the winner.

Against a race carb, no, looser.
