Sunroof cables are very similar between different makes. A lot of factories used the same manufacturers to sub out sunroof gear, similar to brakes, axles, hubs, etc (Kelsey Hayes, Bendix, etc).
I don't know the manufacturer of the cable, but your best bet is to try and find something by length and get it with the same type of end.
These are gone, but this is what you are after-

This is a very comprehensive site that gives all sorts of picture info, to dig for something that may work for you or at the very least, find a good parts distributor who may be able to help you find the right one, by measurement. -

That website has a phone number that may be of some assistance to help you with measurements against that particular cable and get a left to match.
Looking at a lot of Porsche and VW stuff, it makes me wonder if these could be used or at the very least, modified to work on our Mopars? -

They look nearly identical, although it would be difficult to tell without having them side by side. I've had good luck with things like this for custom and restoration stuff, by just asking the ebay seller for a few critical measurements (bolt hole space, distance from cable to center of bolt holes, etc.)
If I find anything that has relevant chrysler part numbers, I will let you know.
