Super shifter II

.I have a streetsuper shifter II {body only }for auto -man conversion71 swinger. Can I use this shifter by mounting to an OEM shifter plate and using stock a -body shift rods and arms ??Or what combo as to not cut tunnel or x member ?/Thanks scott

Surely someone has used this shifter on an A body/?.. My first post,.I searched prior posts but no clear conclusions. Thanks

the factory shifter is a hurst,, and same pattern as the super shifter,,,,the factory linkage should fit the super shifter,,,

the later factory shifters used the same size rod ends,,,but the early factory shifters had very small rod ends,,,

make sure you get a new set of rod end bushings,,

the factory linkage isnt as beefy as the super shifter linkage,,and i dont know if the super shirt linkage is still available,, i have a super shifter in my A,,,

hoping to look in to a shifter made by LONG

I guess this is a super shifter III not II as oiriginally stated .
