I have a set of kickdown levers from a Super Six that came off a 78 Volare. I will never use these as I'm running a manual trans so these are ready to go to a new home. They have been cleaned up and primed. The little clips might need to be replaced, I couldn't find new ones but these do seem to work OK. Asking $135 delivered in the lower 48.
