Looks like it, it has the reverse lock out.
I have one in my Duster, its a nice shifter.

It cool piece I plan use it in 72 340 duster just for hell of it why not it my first super street piece.
Stock shifter rods will work in it.
So i have set of rods super street rods set though
Even better, they are alot thicker in diameter.
Found out top of 2 rods are super street rods and 3rd reverse you are right it is E body reverse.
