Supercharged Duster

I usually punch up Hemmings classifieds to check on cars
for sale. I found this '71 Duster for sale with a Paxton
supercharger!!! It says it is a numbers matching car, is this
possible?? Did a few of our beloved Dusters or Demon's
escape out the door with a huffer or maybe it was a tuner
install from Mr. Norm's Grand Spaulding Dodge in Chicago.
I remember walking through that dealership when I was
kid with my cousin, he had a green 69 Road runner with
a 4spd. that was a cool car, then somebody stole it and was never
recovered. 8)

Must be a Mr. Norms creation. I thought he only did the supercharged Dusters in 73, sort of the last hurrah. Seems like I could be wrong since this guy is selling a 71 :scratch:

I thought the 71 GSS demons were 340's with 6paks. The 72's were paxton equipped 340's.

I think you could bring one to them and he'd sell you the kit and install it. Oh well, no matter, those were the days...
