sure grip on e-bay

Looking for a sure grip for a b-body rear I have with a 741 open carrier. It will have the tubes cut for a-body. I know there is only a 1 inch difference for the perches, but isn't the overall length a couple of inches longer? Any way, here is a link to somethong I saw on ebay. Tell me what you think? Thanks.

I picked up one of those units from LXGuy and he said it originally didn't last long. Just a few trips down the track and the spider gears broke so he had to order a new set of hardened spiders. Seems the factory let some go without hardening the spider gears. I have ordered from both Staticz (who has the e-bay auction the OP posted the link to) and he seems to be a straight shooter but I don't know if he's as knowledgeable as Dr. Diff. I think if I were in the market for one I'd call Dr. Diff and talk to him. He should know if all the defective units have been taken care of. The extra $5 he charges is well worth it to get it blueprinted.

What are you putting the B rear in?

I put one in my Dart Sport and all I did was move the perches in, making sure to maintain the same pinion angle and it works perfect.
