I have a `68 dart that I am getting ready to redo the entire frontend. I want the car to handle very well but not ride like a brick. The car is being built as my all around/long distance old car.
Here what I am doing to it:
Bolt pattern change with 11.75 rotors
manual steering box
new ball joints , bushings
sway bar
new torsion bars
kybs or koni shocks
spool mount k frame
17x8 wheels
My question is what size torsions? I am going to run rubber bushings except for the strut rods(poly). I was thinking the .920's should turn good without killing the freeway ride. Any ideas or suggestions would be apprecaited
