Swap 67 dart turnknob radio to 68 thumbwheel

How much trouble would it be to swap a thumbwheel radio into my 67 dart. I have also noticed that the temp controls are different. Wouldn't mind keeping my style radio but it doesn't work very good and it is difficult to find a good working one and I don't want to spend a fortune trying to fix it. The thumbwheel type can be found all day long for reasonable prices.

The thumb wheel radio is mounted different since it doesn't have the stem nuts for support. I'm sure you will find AM radio tuning is what it is. The thimb wheel design doesn't improve its performance.
