Swap to fold-down rear seat in 69 b’cuda

I am planning to swap out the fixed rear seat to a fold down in a 69 barracuda. I have a nice fold down seat from a 68. Looks to be an easy swap, what am I missing?

nothin easy peasy just get all the hardware//bolt in

I recently did the conversion while recovering the seats. If you are already covered the crappy part will be removing the upper seat back cover. You will have to pull the trim and carefully straighten the spikes that hold the cover tight, not a big deal if the cover is still pliable. I got the conversion parts from @davescuda and it worked out great
