swap'em out?

can i swap out the valve body from a 727 motorhome trans to the 727 in my car? i dont think there is any diff in how they are made. just wondering if they are the same inside?

why are you needing to do this?

im gonna do a shift kit and stuff and id like to keep one stock for a back up. i plan on geting a manual valve body later but im just gonna do a kit for now.

if there both part throttle valve bodys you will be fine. transgo3 seems to work ok. still has to have the linkage hooked up tho
