Does anyone know if you can change the front bolt pattern from the small bolt pattern (4") to the large bolt pattern (4.5") by swapping the stock front disc hub that is attached to the stock rotor to another hub with the larger bolt pattern? If it can be done what year and model hub will fit the stock rotor and where can they be purchased? Will the replacement hub change the wheel back spacing requirement?

Thanks

Will not work, because you would have to drill the rotor which has very little meat to begin with I have read over the last few years. Also I do not think there are large bolt hubs from mopars anyway because the 72 and up rotors used one piece rotor/hubs. Maybe from a 65+ mustang with discs.
You should read the other post above yours about mustang rotors/hubs. This method will give you the more desired bolt pattern.
