Sway bar end links...

Is there a torque spec for end links..? I don't see anything in the service manual or internet.. Just "tight"..?

200 for lower and 100 for upper...but with the aftermarket ones, I don't think it works that way...I just did 100 on both. Not sure if it's right, but that's what I'm doing..for now.
