Shouldn't it be something like LM23P9B?????? That is what my 2 start with.

Shouldn't that be a big block car by the serial #?

Its a 1970 model, meaning the biggest engine you could get is a 340. The H in the vin states that it is a 340 car.

If it is a 69 Swinger, having an H code would make it a 383 HP .But if it is a 1970 Swinger having an H would make it a 340 HP.

It is indeed a 1970 car, as the sixth digit is "0".
I didn't have my phone with me when I was there.:banghead:

It's orange in color and I'm pretty positive it was a 4 speed.
When I first seen it I thought it was one of the rare canadian 340 swingers, but I think those were 71's

Cool! Is the wrecking yard able to sell it? How much is scavenged off it already and is there a fender tag? Maybe there's a build sheet in it somewhere as well..

I know where there is a 70 Swinger 340 Auto , going to try and get a look at it when the leaves are off the trees here .Will try to get some pics as well this car has been sitting for 40 plus years it is Y1 in color.
