You need a torsion bar removal tool, go on Google and you will find it if you put mopar torsion bar removal tool. I had the same problem way back, of not knowing how to pull them out. Or I heard of people using a pipe wrench and getting it out. Or if you know how to weld you could make the tool yourselfe
 
I always yanked them without the need for a tool.

Just spun the adjuster bolt out until the key was no longer under tension. Put a floor jack under the control arm and lifted it just enough to take the weight off the bar. Removed the clip from the torsion bar crossmember and slid it out by hand
 
ive NEVER used a tool, pull out the snap rings, and use a 3/4 socket, bang on it with a hammer.

ive done this over a dozon times, actually just did it 4 days ago when i swapped my new kframe.
