Tail light foam kit

Can anyone tell where the white foam pieces goes?

This is an anti-rattle piece that goes on the inner lens.

I’m missing it. Lol
Now the inner lens has 3 little prongs that the round black foam goes on.
The thin grey foam goes between housing and outer lens.

What year taillight? Your gasket kit- what years is it supposed to fit? A picture of your housing and lenses.

The square foam blocks are slit partway through in the lengthwise direction and placed on the top/inner edge of the inner lens. That way when the outer lens is installed, the inner lens is held in place under tension.

I would have never guessed. Specially cause the foam wasn’t split. I’ll try it tomorrow morning.

I was lucky because my t/lites still had the foam in place. They should come with instructions. Good luck!
