Tail lights edging color?

Howdy folks, may be a simple question - but one I want to ask.
The car is a '72 Duster. On the tail light lens, the horizontal surfaces are painted, what color?
I have two in hand, one is white, one is gray...

It depends on the trim code, for example a 340 car with white tail stripes would likely have them with the white "fins", most were Argent Silver.
And the standard Dusters would be more like a flat black "fins".

Either one is correct, only depends on your application.

Thanks 340Butter, I figured it was something like this. I think a little trim black will be just the ticket.
