Tank install question

Hey all putting my new tank in.
Was wondering does the filler tube go in after the tank goes up?
Or must you leave the tank loose while you put the filler in at the same time?

Had to do both at the same time on my Fastback.

thanks, I thought that might be the answer don't want to rip the rubber gasket!!!

I also put some lube on the tank I.D. sealing rubber and on
the O.D. of the tube.
