Do any Ontario members know what the tax laws in Ontario are for trading cars straight up as well as trading cars with cash involved? Is HST to be applied on both cars at full appraised value on each car?

Sales tax are based on the sales receipt or appraised value, whichever is higher... effin MOT cons

PS: vehicles newer than 87 are still based on sales receipt or book value whichever is higher
