Temp control settings needed

I have a 74 Scamp 408, auto with twin electric fans. I intend to use these parts Davies Craig, Digital Thermatic® Fan Switch Kit, DC-444

Davies Craig, Temperature Sensor Adaptor Kit, DC-0409. What would be ideal temp settings for the fans to switch on and off.
The thermostat is currently rated at160
