On a 1973 Dart Sport 340 with a factory in-dash gauge, will the factory temperature sending unit work with an aftermarket under dash temperature gauge?

I believe you need a sending unit for the aftermarket gauge temperature range for it to read correctly.

You will need the matching sending unit for the gauge you are using.
