Template for mounting decals

Would anybody have info as to where to mount the Dodge and Swinger chrome decals on a 1970 340 Dart.

I believe that they were mounted on the rear quarters just below the rear side window and on the truck lid.

I remember that the " swinger" logo was on an angle but I would like an accurate measurement for the holes.
